Information we collect

When you contact Trillions, submit a buyer request, submit an RFQ, request supplier checks, compare quotations, request private-label support, ask for import-readiness review, or register as a supplier, we may collect the information you submit, including contact details, company details, supplier links, quotations, product photos, catalogs, certificates, packing details, invoice drafts, screenshots, and message content.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review inquiries, prepare supplier questions, compare supplier information, evaluate supplier registrations, coordinate sourcing discussions, organize internal request status, and respond to requests.

Files and attachments

Buyer request and supplier registration forms may accept proof files such as PDFs, images, spreadsheets, catalogs, quotations, certificates, and screenshots. Uploaded files are stored for private review and are not intended for public website display. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card details, or highly sensitive personal information.

Supplier registrations

Supplier registration information may be organized internally by country, city, product categories, MOQ, lead time, export markets, certificates, catalog link, website, phone, contact person, submitted declarations, and uploaded proof files. Registration does not guarantee verification, endorsement, approval, buyer orders, or public listing.

Anti-fraud review

Trillions may reject supplier submissions when documents appear fake, copied, expired, unverifiable, inconsistent with company details, or when the supplier refuses reasonable follow-up evidence. No online form can guarantee complete fraud prevention, so submissions may still require manual review.

Sharing

We may share necessary inquiry details with suppliers, logistics providers, consultants, inspection providers, customs or compliance specialists, or service providers only when required to evaluate or process your request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including private storage controls for uploaded files. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
