Which of these describes the company?
What does the licence say?
Copy these off the business licence itself, in the script it is printed in. A reviewer checks a licence against a national register, and a name translated into English cannot be searched for there.
A Chinese code is checked here against its own check character. Anywhere else is taken as printed.
Two things the licence does not say
Who gets paid, and who else is in the group
A reviewer checks the company. A buyer pays a bank account. When those are two different names — which is ordinary in a group — we would rather read it here than find it on an invoice.
The name only. Never send account numbers here.
What can the company show for it?
Documents. PDF, JPG and PNG, 5 MB per file.
All four are required before this registration can be sent.
A registration belongs to an account, so the documents stay attached to the company that sent them and we can reach you about them. Your answers are kept while you sign in. Files are not — the browser cannot carry them across, so attach them again when you come back.

After submission the account moves through received, under review, document requested, approved or rejected. Direct buyer contact remains blocked through Trillions: requests reach you from us and your quotation comes back to us, so there is one relationship to keep rather than one per buyer.
A site visit, where one happens, is part of a buyer's order and is paid for by that buyer. It is never a condition of registering here, and registration asks for no exclusivity and grants none — you sell wherever else you sell.
