Two different things happen here
Trillions does two separate kinds of business on this website, and which one you are in decides almost everything below.
A review. You bring a supplier you found yourself, or ask us to source one, and we report what the documents showed. We are not a party to whatever you go on to agree with that company.
A sale. You order from the catalogue. There, Trillions is the seller: we buy the goods from the supplier and sell them to you. You have no contract with the supplier and the supplier has none with you.
Use of this website
This website provides information about Trillions supplier verification, buyer request intake, quotation comparison, RFQ preparation, private-label support, supplier registration, and import-readiness review services, and it sells goods through the catalogue. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully.
No automatic engagement
Submitting an inquiry, buyer request, supplier link, quotation, RFQ, private-label request, uploaded file, or supplier registration does not create a binding service agreement. Any commercial work, fee, scope, timeline, refund term, or third-party coordination must be agreed separately in writing.
Where a sourcing fee has been issued for a managed request, the refund policy describes when that fee is refunded and how it is credited against the order commission.
Supplier review disclaimer
Trillions reviews supplier information, quotation details, documents, product evidence, and available proof to help buyers make more structured decisions. Trillions does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, certificate validity, customs acceptance, regulatory approval, legal compliance, tax treatment, delivery timing, or final commercial outcome.
Orders placed from the catalogue
An order placed from the catalogue is placed with Trillions, not with the company that makes the goods. Trillions is the seller of record. A listing names a product and never the company behind it, and the catalogue publishes no supplier directory; your contract is with us and any claim on the goods is made to us.
The price shown against a listing is for one unit at the quantity stated beside it, and it is what Trillions charges you. Freight, duty and any tax at the destination are not in it.
What you pay, and when
Nothing is taken when you place an order. The desk confirms the order, quotes the freight for the mode and destination you chose, and sends you the total. You are asked to pay only after you have seen that total.
Payment is by bank transfer against the account details we send with your order reference, or by a payment link we send for a card. No card number is entered on this website and Trillions holds none.
The Incoterm you choose at checkout decides where our responsibility for the goods ends and yours begins. Customs clearance at the destination is yours unless the Incoterm you chose places it with us.
Cancelling and refunds on an order
You can cancel an order yourself at any point before you have paid. Once you have paid, an order can be refunded until the goods ship; after they have shipped it is a matter for the desk, because money returned against a delivery that happened is a different question from an order that never left. The refund policy sets both out, alongside the separate rule for a sourcing fee.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers should complete due diligence before paying any supplier. Samples, inspections, test reports, professional compliance advice, customs broker guidance, legal review, and written supplier commitments may be required.
Supplier registrations
Supplier registration does not mean automatic verification, endorsement, approval, public listing, buyer orders, exclusivity, or an ongoing commercial relationship with Trillions.
Suppliers who sell through the catalogue
A supplier whose products appear in the catalogue has signed a written agreement with Trillions. No company is activated, and no product of theirs is published or sold, before that agreement is on file. What a supplier is paid, and on what terms, is in that agreement and not on this page.
A supplier states their own prices, quantity breaks, packing and collection point. What Trillions sells those goods for is Trillions' to set and is not part of the supplier's agreement with its own buyers.
Strict supplier rules
Suppliers must submit accurate company details and proof files. Trillions may reject, block, or ignore submissions that include fake, copied, edited, expired, unverifiable, misleading, or mismatched documents, or where the supplier refuses reasonable follow-up evidence.
Uploaded files
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit uploaded files and that submitted files do not contain unnecessary sensitive personal data, passwords, private keys, payment card details, malware, or unlawful material.
Third-party suppliers and specialists
Supplier, inspection, logistics, customs, compliance, and payment matters may involve third parties. Final purchasing and import decisions remain the responsibility of the buyer unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Limitation
Everything on this website other than a catalogue order is provided on an informational and request-intake basis. Trillions is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, user-submitted, or third-party information.
A catalogue order is a sale and is not covered by that sentence. What Trillions owes on a sale is what these terms and the refund policy state, and a review report is not a warranty of the goods a later order happens to be filled with.
This page describes how the platform actually operates. It is not a substitute for a contract settled by a qualified legal professional, and the following are not decided here: governing law and jurisdiction, statutory consumer rights where they apply, warranties and their exclusion, liability caps, and how a dispute is resolved. Trillions sells goods and takes payment for them today, so that review is outstanding rather than premature.
